Pool & Spa Services

Basic Pool Service:

Weekly Visit includes:

Brush tile and walls
Vacuum
Test water chemistry (pH, chlorine, conditioner, alkalinity) and record
Adjust chemicals as needed
Chlorine and acid included (conditioner and/or mineral sanitizer extra)
Empty out pump and skimmer baskets
Check filter pressure and record
Backwash as needed
Check automatic sweeper if applicable to make certain working properly
Advise customer of any potential equipment problems or safety issues

Not included:

Conditioner
Mineral sanitizer
Filter clean (complete breakdown) at least once a year
Filter grids
Filter manifold
Equipment repairs
Repair and parts for automatic sweeper/cleaner

Elite Pool Service:

Includes everything in Basic Pool Service Plus:

Conditioner as needed ($30 - $50 value)
Yearly mineral sanitizer ($125.00 value)
One annual filter clean ($75.00 value)
Replace bad filter grids if needed no extra charge ($200 value)
Replace manifold if needed no extra charge ($90 value)
Parts and repairs to automatic sweeper/cleaner no extra charge

All that for one monthly fee!
No surprise charges in your monthly bill.

Equipment repairs and/or replacements are extra.
